For the moment we only ship clever pleasure within Belgium. We offer free shipping on SOBR orders € 50 or more. Otherwise the shipping rate of Bpost will be applied. Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your SOBR order.
All orders will generally be processed and shipped within 5 business days and are expected to be delivered within 1-2 business days after they’re shipped. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.
When your SOBR order ships, we will send you an email notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.
In the unlikely event your SOBR product arrives damaged , is missing an item or if you have received the incorrect product, please contact us at thirsty@sobrdrinks.com
If you would like to change or cancel your SOBR order, send an email to thirsty@sobrdrinks.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on SOBR orders that have already shipped.
